Terms of Use.

These terms govern your use of jointriplecrown.com and our recruiting program, including our texting line. By using the site, submitting an application, or texting CROWN to (801) 634-0177, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

1. What this site is

Triple Crown is a door-to-door solar sales organization. This site exists to tell you about the team and let you apply to join it. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a contract, or a promise of any position, income, or outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply or to opt in to our messaging program. By applying you confirm that everything you submit is true and complete. Applications containing false information may be rejected or, if discovered later, may end the relationship.

3. Earnings figures

Every earnings figure on this site — including the $30,000 first-90-days figure — is an average drawn from real Triple Crown reps. Averages are not guarantees, projections, or promises. Individual results vary widely; some earn less, some earn more. Sales positions are commission-only: commissions vary by state, deal size, and performance, are paid at install, and are uncapped. Training is real, elite, and unpaid.

4. Independent contractor

Sales positions with Triple Crown are independent-contractor roles, not employment. Nothing on this site or in the application process creates an employment relationship, and no message from a recruiter or automated assistant should be read as an offer until you and leadership sign an actual agreement.

5. Messaging program (texts and calls)

• Opting in — by texting CROWN to (801) 634-0177 or checking the consent box on the application — authorizes Triple Crown to contact you about your application by call and text at the number you provide, including automated and AI-assisted calls and texts.
• Consent is not a condition of receiving any offer.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your carrier, not by us.
• Reply STOP at any time to end messages; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Screening conversations may be run by an automated assistant. Your answers are recorded for a human recruiter to review; automated systems do not make hiring decisions.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, no probing or breaking our systems or security, no submitting applications for other people or with false identities, no using our messaging line to harass, spam, or send unlawful content, and no interfering with anyone else’s use of the site.

7. Our content

The site’s design, text, marks, logos, photos, and video are Triple Crown’s (or licensed to us) and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Third parties

The site links to and relies on third-party services (hosting, messaging carriers, ad platforms, the company sales platform). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content; their terms govern your use of them.

9. Disclaimers

The site and messaging program are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Triple Crown and its owners, leaders, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or messaging program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Triple Crown against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here with a new effective date; continued use after a change is acceptance. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
